Fishing
Long Point Bay on Lake Erie is one of the most famous bass fishing areas in Ontario, and fishing is also good for pike, perch and a variety of panfish.

Canoeing - No
Not in campground portion of park but canoeing is possible in the marshes and along shoreline off Turkey Point. Canoes can be launched from beach, marina parking lot. Canoes can be rented from private supplier located north of park. Please call for information.

Wildlife Viewing
Wildlife viewing is possible along hiking trails and the many trails located within the crown forest surrounding the park. As well, shorebirds can be viewed at locations along the beach shoreline near the marina at the south end of the village of Turkey Point.

Boating
Rent a boat from one of the nearby marinas or launch your own at public facilities in Long Point, St. Williams or Port Dover

Boat launch - No
Docking facilities - No

Cycling
No dedicated bicycle trails but there are many roads and trails to ride mountain bikes on in and around the park in the crown forest area.

Winter Activities
Although no services are provided in the winter, Turkey Point and surrounding Crown land are accessible for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Snowmobiling is allowed along the park and Crown forest roads.

Other
Turkey Point has its very own 9 hole golf course. Senior and junior rates are available starting at $10. Please check at the pro shop for further details. Special packages are available to golf and dine. Free club rentals are available to campers showing a valid camping permit. Clinics are also offered at a cost to those who wish.
