Fishing is the most popular activity at the park. Drop your bait for walleye and northern pike in Nagagamisis Lake. There's good angling from the shore at the boat launch and other points around the lake. Perch, whitefish, white suckers, brook trout, splake, lake trout and rainbow trout inhabit the other lakes and rivers in the park. During the spring spawning season, there is a fish sanctuary at the west end of Nagagamisis Lake to ensure the continuing abundance of yellow pickerel.

A fish-cleaning table and fish smoker are available at the day use area.
