Canoeing
Temagami is a popular canoeing region. Just ask park staff for information.

Wildlife Viewing
Wildlife is abundant in and around Finlayson Park. Moose and bear co-habit with rabbits, squirrels and foxes, the most common animals. Of the many bird species, the ruffed grouse population is the most entertaining in the summer.

Boating
There are docking facilities and a boat launch. A fee for mooring applies.

Swimming
Two sandy beaches slope into shallow, clear water. Children can frolic in a buoyed area close to change facilities.

Cycling - There are no dedicated bike trails.

Winter Activities - Come for a day of snowshoeing and skiing.
