Hiking
Near Craigleith are two trails -- the 32-km Georgian Trail between Collingwood and Meaford and the Bruce Trail. They present a variety of terrains.

Fishing
Spring and fall are the best seasons for fishing at Craigleith for rainbow trout and salmon.
More information on fishing.

Canoeing
Beaver River to Kimberly to Heathcote 20 km (4 hours) beginner
Bring your own canoe; there are no canoe rentals nearby.

Boating
Power boating, sail boarding and sailing are all popular water activities on Georgian Bay.

Swimming
The rocky shore is slippery and unsuitable for swimming, but Wasaga Beach is only 25 minutes away. Wasaga's miles of sandy beaches and buoyed areas are ideal for family swimming. Your camping permit from Craigleith allows you entry to Wasaga Beach and other Ontario Provincial Parks for day use.

Cycling
There are no dedicated cycling trails within the park. But the 32-km Georgian Trail runs parallel to the park and links Collingwood and Meaford.
