Picnics and Day Use
New Beach and South Beach are popular day-use areas. Both have sandy
beaches with buoyed swimming areas (but no life guards) and shady
areas with picnic tables, water taps and hibachis.
Visitor Centre - The park visitor centre
is located in Dollywood, one of the original cottages from the Bon
Echo Inn era. Learn more about the native pictograph site, see a
scale model of the original Bon Echo Inn and, wander through the
nature room to view live amphibian specimens. Park staff will be
on hand to answer any of your questions and to keep you informed
about park activities.

Park Store
Greystones Gift and Book Shop, operated by the Friends of Bon Echo
Park, is located in the historic Greystones Building on the west
shore of Upper Mazinaw Lake. Ice and groceries are available in
Cloyne seven km south of the park on Highway 41.

Hardwood Hill, Midway, Fairway and Sawmill Bay campgrounds and at
the day-use area.
Flush Toilets - Yes, in comfort stations
in Hardwood Hill, Midway, Fairway and Sawmill Bay campgrounds and
at the day-use area.

Boat Launch - Yes
Rentals - Canoes, paddleboats, kayaks.
Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs) are available at the Main Gate
or the Park Office. For a $25 refundable deposit, you can borrow
a properly fitted PFD for you and your children.
